Bart van Olphen used to travel the world and cook with small and local fisheries to express his love for fish. These small fishing communities asked him for help. That is what made him start Fish Tales.  Tuna is one of the most eaten fish worldwide. 90% of tuna comes from a non-sustainable source.  How are Fish Tales changing the fish industry?  How can they offer sustainably sourced fish to consumers all over the world?
